The right executive assistant or chief of staff changes the shape of a working week. We find the ones who make it look easy.

The natural extension of what we do.
For twenty-four years we have staffed the homes of founders, executives, and principals. The call we kept getting was the obvious next one: the office needs what the house has — someone with judgment, placed with care.
Executive support is a household skill wearing business clothes. The instincts that make a great estate manager — anticipation, discretion, calm ownership of a hundred moving pieces — are the same ones that make an assistant or chief of staff indispensable. We know how to find them, because we have been interviewing for those instincts longer than most firms have existed.
We place executive assistants, chiefs of staff, and the hybrid business-personal roles that don't fit neatly in either world — often for the same principals whose households we already serve. When the person who runs your office also touches your home, you want the firm that understands both sides of that door.
