The Laitmon story
Before The Calendar Group there was an unlikely mix of training grounds: Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, the consulting floors of Deloitte and EY, the practice of law, and the talent business at UTA and Sony, a path that even collected an Emmy nomination along the way.
What it added up to was a rare pair of instincts: how organizations actually hold onto great people, and how talent actually decides where to go. In 2002, Steven and Nathalie Laitmon pointed both at the world that needed them most: the private household.
Twenty-four years later the firm they built is the one families, family offices, and executives call first, and the one journalists call when private staffing makes the news.

Steven co-founded The Calendar Group in 2002 and brings more than two decades of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices and executives on their staffing needs. An attorney by trade, he brings discretion, sound judgment and a direct, personal approach to every search, with a focus on the trust, compatibility and long-term fit that successful placements demand.
Nathalie Laitmon
Co-Founder & President
Nathalie co-founded The Calendar Group in 2002. She studied at Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and brought more than a decade of experience in recruitment, human resources, and consulting, including roles at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.
She shaped The Calendar Group’s approach to finding the right fit: understanding not only a candidate’s capabilities, but also the personalities, expectations, and working styles within each home or office. That attention to both professional qualifications and personal compatibility remains central to how The Calendar Group conducts every search.
